Hi, I’m Tori! I am a cis, white, queer woman who quite honestly just loves to listen! I earned my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from The University at Albany. I have experience working in inpatient as well as outpatient settings. I use an eclectic approach including but not limited to ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic work while using a trauma-informed lens.

I strive to create a goal-oriented therapeutic space that feels safe, free of judgement, and challenges you to be the most authentic version of yourself. I am passionate about using my lived experience to empathize with my clients to help them navigate the ups and downs of the human experience.

My clinical focus and areas of interest are in anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, self-esteem, identity & LGBTQ+ related issues, non-traditional relationship dynamics, sports performance, and perfectionism. However, I am open to working with anyone who is willing to commit to the therapeutic process and work collaboratively to achieve their goals.
